Refund policy

We want you to love your gear. If something's wrong, here's how returns work at Angry Gamer (rageangrygamer.com).

 

30-DAY RETURNS

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email support@rageangrygamer.com with your order number.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo or video and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. In most cases you won't need to ship anything back.

 

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

For non-defective returns, you're responsible for return shipping to the address we provide. Once the item is received and inspected, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

APPAREL & MUGS (MADE TO ORDER)

Tees, mugs, and other printed merch are made to order. We can't accept size-swap returns, but if there's a print defect, a wrong item shipped, or damage in transit, we'll replace it free. Email a photo within 30 days.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they haven't shipped. Email us as soon as possible.
